  2. I don’t like raisins so left them out, and felt mine were too bland. Next time would add maple syrup or honey to sweeten a bit. I travel for work and packed them on my last trip. I liked having a healthy breakfast I could eat in my hotel room. I did add almond butter on top! ☺️✈️👍🏻⭐️

  3. I just tried this recipe, except that I used full fat milk instead of buttermilk. I also used the walnut-sugar topping for all 12 oatmeal cups. I agree with one commenter that additional sugar would be required in the oatmeal blend (especially if you're not having the sugar topping). I would also add salt next time as the oatmeal is too bland without it. It is indeed a clean and healthy breakfast option which I would make again, just don't expect it to be a sweet dessert.

  4. Dani I have all the ingredients except apple sauce because nobody likes it at home so I don’t buy it but I do have apple buying made myself since I have an apple tree. Can I use apple butter instead of apple sauce? And also do you think this would freeze well ? Because if they do I could make a double batch.

  5. I came across this recipe today, and decided to try it out right away. I can't believe that the muffins have a 'cakey' consistency, although there is no flour in them. They are very good, and really easy to make. Although I could do with a bit of added sweetness – I do not like overly sweet cakes, but next time I'll add a small amount of brown sugar.
